1) My cars stereo got stolen and the management never followed up on it even though i filed a report.

2) They charge ridiculously after you moved out.

If you received their final billing statement make sure you call them and recalculate the amount.

It's usually wrong.

3) When i signed the lease for 6 months, the rep told me that the cleaning charges and others are included in the non-refundable deposit ($150) and now with the final bill statement, they still charged the account on the cleaning and other charges to your refundable amount

I think these are enough reasons for NOT living there even though they run a special on the apartment rent
