Nice place to live

I have family and friends who live here and have found it to be a nice community with many wonderful features, especially the large sunrooms instead of decks.. what a great use of space otherwise wasted most of the year. I also appreciate the indoor year round pools and indoor basketball court for those rainy days we get all to often.
I have been to the community late at night as well as during the day, and have noticed it is very quiet and peaceful everytime I visit.
The location seems to be in the middle of everything, which affords something for everyone, including parks, libraries, the YMCA less than a mile, shopping in every grocery chain out there, easy access to hwy 18, I-5 and hwy 167 as well as 509 into Tacoma. This location is about 25 - 30 minutes south of Seattle downtown, and about 10 - 15 minutes north of downtown Tacoma.
The apartments are spacious with open kitchens that allow the freedom to visit while in the kitchen and allows for a breakfast bar area.
To the north of the community sits a very nice housing development with very expensive homes and great community.
This is a great community. Brand new high school. Wetlands with historic features within a mile of the community. And wait until you see the HUGE cabana where you can have parties and just relax at will.. it features a business center and big screen tv and PIANO!! Very nice..
I highly reccomend this place to anyone wanting a nice place to call home with all the amenities of a resort..
