Good value for the money

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
After living in Seattle for a number of years, we were impressed with the large apartments for the reasonable rent. Our apartment was almost 1100 square feet for only 835/month. Amenities are questionable--the sports center was hardly ever open, always in disrepair and not very convenient. We also had several incidents of vandalism, police activity in the parking lot (we watched two DUIs in one week...) and heard seven gunshots last Saturday night.
Management was wonderful overall, our concerns within the apartment were fixed quickly. The quality of the apartments cannot be surpassed in the Federal Way area, as long as the quality of the residents isn't something you're concerned about. We've lived at Glen Park for two years and have watched the residents go from normal, respectable people to a questionable lot. I wouldn't recommend the neighborhood for children if possible.
