When a DeVry student moves in they say you don't have to pay a deposit. Great deal right. WRONG!!!!
At the DeVry students move out Glen Park makes an unlawful list of damages and fees that need to be paid. If not paid you're threatened with being turned over to claims. I believe they get away with this because students don't have the time or resources to fight it. Every fellow student I've talked to, who has lived there has had the same problem. It's not uncommon for students who are moving out to have to pay $600-800 in fees for an orderly and clean aparment.

DeVry Students (for the most part) really make life here hell!! I (UNFORTUNATELY) lived in an townhouse wedged between two "DeVry" student-families. You guys (and ladies) move in and out people, throw crazy parties, and trash units!!! I saw management clean out apartments that were just trashed. I met my "new neighbors" and watched them move in new people and out old people so much I didn't know who my neighbors were anymore after three months. When I complained to the office about "Matt and Jason" (the only two guys living there at the time), the office had no Matt or Jason on file---but Matt and Jason sure did move out and trash the place. If you got a big bill, you probably deserved it.

WOW!!! Yeah must be the students fault because of one problem you had. Yep must be fact! Are you also racist oldglenparker because you sure are ignorant. I have lived here for years and never had a problem with devry students, and according to your theory that must mean that it wasn't this persons fault.

Wow oldglenparker sounds pretty ignorant. Sounds like he/she had a problem with a neighbor but that has nothing to do with the fact Glenpark has a reputation for cheating tenants when they move out. Read the reviews! Doesn't matter if you're a Devry student or not! Maybe Oldglenparker should think about going to Devry and getting an education.
