I moved out of this complex. They will fleece you and do everything to find problems and charge you. The rental office staff become discourteous once they know you are moving out.

I totally agree... when i moved out i got billed for a couple hundred in clean charges (not including the carpet and blinds cleaning). Thier management and practices need a wake up call or someone with the time & resources to put an end to this BS. I know this has been going on for years now, because my friend who moved out of here 2 years ago had 400 dollars tacked to his move out notice as well.
