We lived at Glen park for over 2 years and the entire time was nothing short of nightmarish. When we moved in there were several problems with the apartment and it took more than 2 weeks for someone to show up to fix them. The office staff was never helpful. Who closes their recreation center at 6:00' I can't swim or workout after work and it is not open early in the morning either. Cars were constantly being broken into or vandalized. I never felt safe. The lighting is TERRIBLE. A neighbor got mugged checking her mail! The quality of the apartment itself was so-so. The carpets were not cleaned well before we moved in and the mini blinds collapsed the first time I pulled the string to open them. Don't live here if you can avoid it. The new management seems to have improved a few things, like maintenance, but still has a long way to go. The price is standard for the area but the quality is poor. Then again it is difficult to find any quality apartments in Federal Way.
