I have had fun reading all of these reviews, its crazy how peoples experiences differ from one to another. My Husband and I just purchased a house and that explains why we just moved but if we were to be back in the market, we would re-rent here. I agree the paving was a pain in the #!* but it does look alot better. The office staff changes on a constant basis with the exception of one but for the most part we were pleased. Our move out wasn't bad. We received a refund and were only charged a carpet clean 65.00 and 20.00 for touch up painting. We were not charged for cleaning but I did a bang up job! :) Our cars were never broken into but as we all know anybodys car anywhere can fall victim to punks. My aparment was a 2 bed townhome and it was alot larger then others we veiws in the area. One writer mentioned that you only get one carport, that is true. However, most communities do not offer you one for free so its kinda hard for them to @#!*#.
