I came home found items in house in disarray. I thought someone broke into apartment, Daughter suggested I call office. Business office stated workers in apartment I had not received any notice and I explained I was upset as I am an older women I thought someone had broken in, very rudely ??Melissa?? stated I typed up the notices myself and gave them to maintenance to put on doors. I explained that they had missed our entire building. She was so sarcastic to me I stated I had to hang up as I could not continue the conversation in a congenially manner. I went door to door and asked my neighbors if they had received any notices and they said that they had not received any notice. I called office again from another tenant??s apartment and put them on speaker phone and he stated to office he had not received notice and he heard how rudely ??Melissa?? talked to me. On Saturday I was approached by another tenant who had not received notice and she had just come from the office asked me if I had received notice. I told her no and that she had not been home the day before for me to ask her and I had been watching for her to ask her the same question. She said she had been told that no one else had complained. I called the office and said that I had complained and another tenant. I was asked to write up a complaint letter which I did. My answer from the Area Manager ??Melissa?? was basically that I was a liar and again stated that they had put up notices. How can this be when another tenant wrote a complaint and another verbally by phone backed us up by saying he had not received a notice. I am not a liar. My upstairs neighbor received the same letter.
Since the buy out by West Ward Residential Company and the apartment complex was turned over to the Taylor Land Two Company for management the ??Customer Service?? is gone. I have never been talked to so condescending as I was by ??Melissa?? no professionalism there. Trina in the office is always courteous.

I totally agree, I don't like anyone there but Trina. Managent has been horrible since it switched over. I've lived here for years and lately it has really gone down hill.
