I have been a resident of Glen Park for several years. The aprtments have turned completely horrible with no end in sight. The Police are constantly in Glen Park with Vehicles being stolen, broken into, domestic disputes every weekend, graffiti, Unsupervised children hitting vehicles, burning the forest near apartments, Neighbors and I have witnessed individuals threaten to steal vehicles and children taking pictures of cars and the interior of vehicles in the middle of the night. When the Managment is confronted and told about it, all they ever say is that "they are not responsible for anything!" Not even the fire on the property that could destroy the apartments. Maintnance is a nightmare if they even come out. They cut a hole in my ceiling in my living room and left it open for three months from a leak in the roof that no one ever fixed until I demanded it be repaired leak or not. The garbage is being over run with Crows and over flows with nothing being done. I do not feel safe in the community, I am scared I am going to get mugged. Other tenenats I have spoken to, feel the same and have had similar experiences all around. The Office staff is good at lying and bull shitting but not at customer service and helping people who need it. They always say they are sorry but never do anything to fix the problem. Their excuse is "that their is too many units for them to do anything." Unless it comes to the money then all bets are off by them. They will give you a 24 hour eviction notice for anything! AVOID THIS APARTMENT UNLESS YOU WANT SLEEPLESS NIGHTS, PERSONAL PROPERTY DAMAGE AND HEADACHES! AMONG A LOT OF OTHER ISSUES. THE LIST CAN GO ON! SHOULD I MENTION THE BOMB SCARE!
