The day after I move in my apartment it gets completely flooded, and the first thing out of the managers mouth was, I hope she has renters insurance. I feel they should have done something about it but they really didn't, except dry my ruined carpet. They ran fans for four days straight which made my energy bill way over two hundred dollars, mind you my bills are always under fifty. They did nothing about that either. I have talked to over 20 residents who also said their apartment was flooded for some reason. I also have put in work orders for certain things and maitenance comes by and says they fixed them but really didn't, and other things they say they just wont fix. So we have to live with all sorts of problems that started from day one. And knowing how this apartment complex is they will probably try to charge us with them when we move. So please don't move into these apartments unless you want a headache.

From the management: We apologize for the inconveniences you endured while living here. However, our company did not acquire Glen Park apartments until 2008, so the previous management company would be the one who would have assisted you with the water intrusion incidents. Our management company addresses all possible leaks immediately and we take the appropriate measures to resolve the issue with the best of care.

That is true, it was the old company. This was accidently posted again when I was trying to post something else. But I have had some problems. I have asked a few times in 4 months for the light in the parking lot to be fixed, it is scary walking to my car or apartment at night. I have put a work order in and have left messages. I feel all parking lot lights should work, even the ones by the mailboxes for our safety. Besides that I have had not too many problems. The electrical work is a little faulty, but everything else is fine.

Yes I agree about them saying they got the worked done and it wasn't nearly acoomplished. I feel like I'm talking to a wall to the maintence and they take forever to respond when you put in a work order. It is cheap over here.
