Glenn Park are complete crooks. They outrageously charged for damage to the apartment that was not done. There two major damage to the countertop and a nick in the bathroom door. Which would have came up to 475 worth of damage. They claimed i owed the 1750.00. They tried to charge for replacing a carpet that was not new. I stayed there almost four years and the carpet was not brand new and it had a couple of bleach stains in the carpet. Most of my problems with the apartment occured after moving in . They do a pretty good job quick fixing the place up to look like it's in good condition, soon after i moved in. My toilets would flood on a regular basis and the sinks would leak. The tiles where they put putty in the cracks of the tiles, started to mold after 2 months of living there. There was a sink in my floor. When my section 8 inspector camed to do an inspection she discovered the sink in my floor and requested Glen park to fix it. When they sent maintenance to fix it, i watch the guy as he was doing the repair when he cut the carpet and flip the carpet back there was a missing floor board under the carpet. Which tells me years ago, they layed a carpet over a ruined floor that had a floor board missing. This management is trying to make me pay for an old carpet that had to be split down the middle to repair the missing floor board under it...this is a pure joke. I impeccably cleaned this apartment before i left. I even cleaned in and behind all appliances. I cleaned the fireplace and the storage room. i thought all i was going to be responsible for is the countertop and the nick in the door. They tried to charge me for so many things in that apartment that was not damaged. We have a court date This December and i have pictures and i have witnesses of the condition of the apartment upon leaving and i'm gonna show the judge what kind of crooks Glen Park apartments are. I'm gonna forward this website to everybody i knew that lived there that had a horrible. experience just like i did. I hope everyone that has a bad experience with this management will find out about this site and give insight on this deceitful management.
