I fell for it i will admit. 1045 for 1065 sqft.. sounds great right''' well its not. MAintence is always half done and takes forever to get completed... I have stuff missing from my apartment ( That I cant prove it was maintence who took it, so they ownt do any thing about it) I have a sick grand mother who i need to move out to go live with her adn take care of her. and when i signed my lease the agent told me all I will have to pay is an extra months rent and thats it right'' NO it will cost me 2200 dollars to move, because they are indian givers and making me back pay for a rental discount that THEY OFFERED ME! they told me that was the rent, not that it was a discount!!! NOT to mention They gave us a half a month free and we have to pay that back too. Plus and extra months rent.... Nothing is ever what it seems with them. Id watch your back. they are cheapskates and fake.... the office girls are all really rude, and ive seen them sincker behind customers backs when they leave. They are cheaply remodled too.... With cheap carpet that ate up my vacuum the first week i was there. just really poor service dont fall into their trap like I did

Well, as far as the maintenance is concerned, I just started there a few weeks ago and I can tell you there have been personel changes already... My significant other is a property manager for another company and it sounds like the charges you are being asked to pay is pretty much the standard, read your lease VERY carefully, I'd be willing to bet that those conditions and stipulations are included in your lease that you signed. I'm not trying to be mean, just playing devils advocate... all I can really say is just read your lease (many people don't and then get upset when they are asked to pay...)

hi i read ur post and i must speak with u if possible i had the same thing happen too me about things missing from my apartment but they give the same run around to me as well but i am proceeding with this case.

It was my ipod and a few movies and such that went missing but I dont have any of the proper documentation or anything so I really dont think I can help.
