Its cute yes, but not worth it! Do not move here. They rip you off on move out. They will make up fees. Too many kids that think they are in the hood. Maitence sucks, I finally had to have my father come fix my washing machine. Do not bee fooled by the pretty cabana and the three pools. If you move there just be prepared for a whole lot of BS.

I couldn't agree more about the kids, I too am a resident but that doesn't come down on the complex, that is the responsibility of the parents. As far as maintenance goes, I've talked to a couple of the maintenance guys that work here and they are horribly understaffed. Apparently, the standard is one maintenance tech. per 100 units, plus an assistant supervisor and a maintenance supervisor. They are running with one supervisor and three technicians, one of which just got transferred from another property a week ago. So cut them a little slack there are 464 units here at Glen Park. In regards to the fee's read your lease, everything you will be charged for upon move-out is listed in the lease. It is against the law for them to "make up" fees as you put it. Everything is in the lease, and they should provide a detailed list of charges and reasons for the charges (I've lived in apartments my whole life it's the norm) Over all it's not that bad here, there are places WAY worse...
