mine and my boyfriends car has been broken into with stuff thrown out of the car, door and trunk left open by the thief. really bad part is when they claim to have security evening to early morning and nothing was report by them. even knock on my neighbors door one time to let them know i found all their stuff thrown out of their car again no report by security.boyfriends car stolen from the property. items missing from my apartment when getting home with no force entry. took wks to get my faucet to stop leaking and door lock fix called multiple times to see what going on the finally said they didn't have the part and didn't even call to let us know. before the buy out i didn have any problem getting things fix the office staff way...back then one i always talk to took care of us but now..lol oh yeah lighting is bad kids walk in the morning to their bus in the dark light is not replace. tennis court metal door has been all bent up for a while now i hope noone gets hurt one day. not safe and not just because of outside sources..but because inside as well.staff and maintance make claims they will call u before enter ur apartment but they dont and still enter ur apartment. staff never have answers to anything they look at you with a glaze look one ear out the other. never calls back when u leave a message u usually have to call them back of course and ask if they got my message and they always say yes but never call back so when i call i hope i get someone cause most of the time there message box is full. and one of the girls didn't even know their renter ins benefits i had to explain them to her. staff way to young to take care of this property to much responsiblity or just dont take it serious. to much turn around in staff something is not right. stuck here until lease is up but coming up soon.

yes, they have and i had 2 incident prior to this when i need to have maintance done. after double checking with my fiance and the kids about if they have move my ring bx. i called police and they told me to go ahead and report it online since there was no force entry which u can also do online at www.valleycom.org. i too also call management before hours and left a message regarding the incident no one called me until i told my fiance to go down there to give them a copy of the police report i fax just in case they said they didn't get it. he ask them if they got my message & they said yes then he ask then why havent called her regarding this incident. the gal had no response..i finally got a phone call regarding it in the afternoon (i left message at 8am)when we confronted them they said the samething but im checking out some other things..the OFFICER told me some stuff so i can be aware if someone has enter my apt without me knowing. also just an FYI if anything happens again make sure u report to the police so theres a history then let the office know u report it and give them a copy so they cant say they were never notified. u dont have to call 911 u can do it online or call the local station to talk someone about. oh also ck out ur benefit of ur renters ins throughly to understand ur plan if u dont like what they have i would look in get a different company to work with. thanks for the advice oh a friend of mine just told me about a site u can go to if ur not to sure about things about the law. go to www.walawhelp.com and click on housing renters have alot of laws for them to protect them against property owners breaking the housing laws.
