Since I have moved in I haven't had any bad experiences. I have found that the office staff is always very pleasant and personable. They are very kind and professional from what I have seen and experienced. As far as the property goes I would say it is average. I think maintenence is lacking on the outside. The outer look of the apartments isnt great, needs new paint. I have noticed rotted wood in in some places of the stair well of my building. It doesnt seem like they sweep the parking lots or do maintenence outside. In the month I have been here I havent seen any body pick up. Kind of dissappointing. My last apartment building they picked up and swept every day. Its important for your residents to be happy where they live and know that things are being kept up. We pay enough rent that that shouldnt be a big thing. I do like the internal part of the apartment other than the carpet....I vacuume and it sheds like crazy. its cheap cheap cheap. My vacuume isnt acting the same way. The fitness center is cool but needs maintenence. Yes I have only been here a month but so far my only complaint would be the lack of keeping the place up. Pick up some garbage, sweep the lots....too easy!

I recently moved out, and I had the "new" carpets as well. Unfortunately they aren't cheep carpets, I was told that the management company is making a move to be "green" and the new carpets they put in are made from 100% recyclable material. That's why they shed so bad. I to had issues with the grounds but I had seen them out more often recently picking up trash throughout the parking lots early in the morning. So hopefully things will get better for you there. Not a bad place at all to live, so enjoy!

From the management: We understand your frustrations with the stairwells. We definitely know that they need attention, however we have had some staffing limitations that have required us to make service requests a priority. We have had numerous unexpected emergency work orders, weather conditions, and other factors that have made it difficult to tend to the stairwells. However, with a full and efficient maintenance staff, we will soon be able to concentrate on other areas that need improvement. We truly appreciate your patience and we look forward to continuing to service your housing needs.
