When I first moved in wow had a number of problems. The townhouse was not cleaned well at all. The carpet was dirty and stained.... We had a pipe leak bad!! The first responder to this was horrible couldnt tell me anything... The say it is renovated but as a previous home builder they use very poor quality everything. From the cupboards to the faucets to the countertops. CHEAP!!!!! The outside and staris is not kept very clean, the did not sweep before we mocved in an they still havent the outside windows were so dirty my fiancee cleaned them, the sun roof on the oustside is very dirty
For the money we pay I would not reccomend this complex.

It really does not matter what Magagement says, the place is a dump, dirty, THE GROUNDS ARE NEVER CLEAN. The Manager Jennifer DOES NOT CARE AND WHY SHOULD SHE, SHE DOES NOT LIVE THERE. sHE DOENST EVEN WALK THE PROPERTY, IF SHE DID SHE WOULD SEE THE PLACE IS DIRTY. SHE DOES NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Office Staff are a bunch of liers!!! They only say what you want to hear! Things will remain the same , you need to Call, Write, Email the Corporate Office. Document EVERYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wait until you move out, what a joke. Just trying getting your deposit back!!! Sorry you just moved in you have a long wait with little help at that complex if you signed a 1 yr lease. Hope your on a month to month. If you are, GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN DONT WALK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG they staff are very irritating trying to comply with responses like I'm very SORRY with your stay. As in how could WE make it better. Oh I plan on complaining. They wait and see. Do unto others as you want done unto you. Get it together staff otherwise GET OUT and hire people that are kind and know what they're doing.
