who really can take these comments into consideration. When your happy with your apartment community do you go to apartment ratings.com to state your feelings' I don't think so. If your mad at your property or management/neighbors etc. you look for a way to get your frustrations out. my neighbor was mad at someone because of a fender bender that happend in the parking lot here at greystone meadows. the other person in the fender bender lives here too. Its like a on going fued between them. my friend told me about this web site and many other just like it and every time these two get into it she's writing bogus stories which are negative about this complex!!!!Im not here to boast about this property. Management is consistent, prices are fare, maintenance in also consistant. For apartment living i am happy. i do not live in the ghetto, Take a drive through check out the cars, no duppy cars!!! I do not agree with some of these people out here that bash the property because of their own personal anger issues i feel its absurd!

Just because you have not yet had an unresolved issue with GM it does not mean this complex is any way problem free. You are one of several hundred tenants. When I moved in here my entire apartment smelled cat urine they had to address it THREE SEPARATE TIMES! It should've been addressed before we took occupancy. That is clearly their fault. If you know people who are idiots posting BS complaints complain to them but don't criticze other people whose issues you know nothing about and discount the problems they had and want to share with other prospective tenants. Glad you are happy here, but plenty of people aren't.
