I have visited Greystone Apartments and from what I observed there wasn't anything ghetto about it. There were no raggedy ass cars outside, I felt safe visiting the complex, no wannabe gangsters and there was a very nice child care facility on the complex. It seemed safe for me to highly consider applying there when my lease is up in August from the REAL ghetto ass apartments of Federal Way: Waterstone Place. Drive by Waterstone Place Apts. and see what ghetto is. Ignore my ratings, since I don't live there yet.
