well when it comes to apartment living greystone isnt so bad at all, i've lived in houses that have been much worse when it comes to loud neighbors and parking issues. My building is quiet for the most part but i would be naive to say that others are the same. I work evenings so when i come home at 10:30 pm parking is pretty much already taken but i can usually find a spot near my apartment. Yeah it can take a little bit of time to have things fixed but i've never had anything major break yet so the stupid little things that have it doesnt really matter if it takes a week or 2 for them to fix them.

The ducks living in the pool is a lil gross and the place is infested with squirils one almost attacked my dog i'd be careful if you live on the bottom level with leaving your doors open because they come right up to mine and climb all over the screen. i've found that management is a little ditzy.. they never seem to know whats going on. I might recommend dealing with one person it might save you from getting 3 or 4 different answers to the same question. I guess that when it comes to living in an apartment you kinda have to accept that your living conditions might be based on a lil luck. I fortunetly have been one of the lucky ones.. but you might end up living next to a bunch of roudy teenagers or a load of kids. you will find those problems everywhere. As far as the dog poop issue. it is the owners responsibility to pick up after there pet. i do not see how management can control that issue other than fining people who fail to follow the rules. Altough it would be funny to see the golf cart guys driving around with pooper scoopers i'd rather them not waste their time and work on fixing apartments instead.
