I lived at Greystone for a 1 1/2 years. I moved only because I relocated. The parking can be hard, but I rented my own space and it was no longer a problem. I left safe there, and my Neighbors were really nice. Everyone on the managment staff was great. Maintenance always came at the very least within 48 hours but most often, the same day. When I renewed my lease, they had my carpets and blinds done to say thank you. They work very hard to keep the grounds nice, and as far as noise, it was only occasionally that there was noise. The grounds keepers come on Saturday mornings, that would be the thing I would change if I could. On move out, it was sooth and easy. All of my deposit was refunded. Greystone Meadows would be my first choice if I where to again live in Federal Way.
