I think the staff is nice in the beginning, but be aware that they will turn on you. The trash area is disgusting, maintenance people have been lazy from the beginning. Pool has been shut down ridiculous amounts of times due to the health inspector coming in or kids crapping in the pool. Kids are always running around aimlessly in the parking lots. Building is starting to fall apart. Leaky sinks, toilets, fridges, poor communication between tenants and maintenance. Parking is horrible if you don't have a set spot that you have to pay for. Cars stolen, home robberies. Dummy cop-car in front of building. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for the amount of rent.

I agree with the reviewer, that's why my family and I are a few weeks away from moving out ourselves. It's getting ridiculous. The thing that was the last straw for us was all the constant complaints to maintenance from people around our area about leaky fridges, roofs, and all that other stuff. And to the person who responded above, learn how to spell before you type. This is another reason why we're moving. It's getting more ghetto by the week over here. But I'll explain it (in case you're 12 years old. See how I spelled that?) "Your" and "you're" are 2 different words. As in YOU'RE mad because I made fun of YOUR spelling. Funny how when people complain around this site it's because "they were asked to move", when plenty of people, probably the reviewer as well, complained while they're still living here (including my husband and I) and no one does a thing... and we're still here paying ridiculous rent for an apartment whose complex keeps going up in rent price (3 times in the last year and a half),my husband and I are working 2 jobs each (one full-time and one part-time) and are paying for a babysitter because of all this. No one has "asked us to leave". When we can actually afford to move, well do so on our own accord.
