Not the best, but not ghetto.

The Greystone Meadows is not the worst I have seen, but not the best. The positive is that the security company is quick to react to noise complaints and the management is friendly. The downside is that there are constantly people hanging out in the parking lot, and playing loud music. I have called FWPD at times so that the crouds would disperse.
