An 11 year old is playing by herself and happens to tangle a zip cord string around her neck and play hangman with herself. All the while where are her parents' These parents among other residents don't care what's going on or are in on all the crime and drug deals going down. Car prowlers and sex offenders lurking around the neighborhood waiting to strike. Management might be nice..but also doesn't do anything to put any true security measures in place. Stay away and go elsewhere where you feel like you're a prisoner in your own complex!

And what do you think Management should do, hmmm? Walk around with a shot gun 24 hours a day?

my respnse is the management dont care about whats goin on there or is not doing their job
