You would think for the price, this would be a great place. In fact, it is the opposite.
Parking is bad. If you get a garage, it is so small you'll have to exit via the rear window of your car. The covered spaces get occupied by folks who do not pay for the space (we do pay for one and it is small as well). The so called security is worthless. In fact, one of our vehicles was attempted stolen just recently. The staff at the complex are rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgable. The apartments themselves are built of poor quality. Once our lease was up, they charge you an extra $50.00 a month, even though there are vacancies remaining. This is a poor business practice. Our experience here has not been favorable and we will be moving shortly.
For the price, rent a house.
