I have lived all over the country in great places but this is by far the best apartment community i have ever lived in. The staff is wonderful, all the maintenance staff know us by name. The parking is not a problem if you spend $25 a month on a covered spot or ask for free parking when you sign your lease like i did. If you cant even afford $25 a month maybe this isnt the place for you because it is geared towards higher class people. i live on the 3rd floor we have vaulted ceilings, have never heard our neighbors in a year of living here, our apt. balcony overlooks peasley canyon rd. which can get a bit noisy as times but the sliding glass door and windows dont even let the noise inside. i honestly dont have one complaint about living here. if i didnt have to move to kirkland for a job this summer i would be staying here for years to come. i am actually really sad to leave because i'm afraid nowhere i find in kirkland will live up to what i've been used to here. A
