I looked online to find places as I was looking from a long distance.I found that alot of what they advertise is actually not all true.It for one is not a gated community, that would mean there is a gate around it nope only at the entrance.I agree it can be good to keep unauthorized vehicles from getting in but how about the ones that wait for someone to open the gate' The apartments are nice but way overpriced.I found mine to be very dirty upon moving in and already two of my appliances had to be replaced.The walls are painted with flat paint which means hands and feet off the walls or you will be paying to repaint.Hell keep everything off the walls my bed is even making marks and I have only been here a few months.I can hear the people above me doing EVERYTHING in thier room.I hear the toilet flush with my music on.I know in apartments you can hear alot but I think I am hearing more than I should.People above me cant even have a private life without us being able to hear them make every move.There is almost an inch between my front door and the ground and if you get one that faces the main roads you cant even leave your windows open due to loud traffic.People should be getting a discount for that in my opinion.Parking sucks as always but see there is a ton of parking over by the pool and in my opinion ALL GUESTS should have to park there not in a renters spot I have a child and I shouldnt have to walk almost a mile home from parking cause of people that dont even live here.The office staff is nice I think sometimes they say things they shouldnt specially about peoples kids.I found the hot tub dirty more than a few times.I think if they lowered their rent prices it would be just fine but they make you feel like you in luxury before seeing the place and I am sorry but all people that arent happy can do is write on it cause whos going to lose $2,000 to break a lease.They really need to advertise how the property really is and not how it should of been.Oh yeah and if you are a person who needs lots of storage do not live here the closets barely fit anything and the pantry and hall closet is a joke!!I guess its a good place if you just dont care and want a nice looking place from the outside and something that everyone knows is the most expensive so you look rich.But if you are looking for a good quality apartment I just dont think this is it.The people are good but they Apartments SUCK
