just go see for yourself the fake service you will get and the poor quality apartments. hey even take a drive through the complex after dark to see how great parking is.

the crime here is unreal; vehicle break in's nightly and apartment break in's. I mean the lodge was destroyed some disgruntled person threw rocks through the windows of the clubhouse and it was boarded up for a whole WEEK! trashy!!!

TWO of the biggest drug dealers in Federal Way live here and deal out of their apartment and homes! The Lodge staff knows who they are and what they are doing (i know that for a fact) and they still let them live there and do not do anything about it! REally amazing staff!

Actually the manager is a fake robotic ***** and doesn't help solve any problems! Don't bother to give them your money you will be unhappy guarenteed!

Well if there are major drug dealers living here, why has this not been reported to the police so a drug sting can take place? Please place the information and apartment locations here and I will submit and work with the police since the Lodge will have nothing to do with it.

I totally agree to the drug dealers I have seen them myself dealing here and at the Shell gas station right at the corner doing thier deals. I have a child and I hate knowing the fact that there could be a deal gone bad and possibly gun shots being fired. It scares me cause they are in buildings close to mine. I agree that they know in the office they do nothing about anything that goes on here. They finally put up a gate but hell its still not around the whole property. Parking sucks as I am someone who gets home around 10 pm to find myself driving in a huge circle for about a half an hour before I decide to park in spots im not supposed to cause im not parking outside my place. Plus for someone being female Im sorry but walking a mile to your apartment is dangerous at night specially considering the people living here. They want me to spend more than I already do here to purchase another spot ummm no I already spend too much money to live in this dump. Yeah and what the heck someone vandalizes the office and not once did they notify everyone just about half the windows were busted in I mean hell what if they got some personal info of people that live here I mean how do we know they never told us anything we have to ask. If anything breaks in your apt. its your fault the maintenance guys even said they are told to blame the tenant before makeing it the fault of the ------ cheap appliances. I have already had all mine replaced once and I havent even been here a year. My carpet and window seals have what looks like black mold and I am a neat freak so I find it disgusting. This place is way too expensive to live here its the most expensive and I have found way better and bigger places that are way more affordable.OH yeah and as for the hot tub its been down for about 4 months now and is still down and the so called heated pool is never heated. All I have to say its these apartments arent worth it at all they are not of quality, space, parking and crime. Thier advertisements are complete lies. I agree about management they are a bunch of young girls that prance around like they are better than people and barley want to acknoledge you when you walk into the office. They need to consider an older staff they might be able to get the job done I have heard the previous manager was awesome she listened and got stuff done!!. I do not recommend these apartments unless you dont care about your surroundings or paying the money for crappy quality.
