When my husband & I first moved into these apartments October of last year, and we loved it! Natasha (and Jim... I think that was his name) was really nice and always took care of us whenever we needed something done. The maintenance guys are really awesome, they've always managed to get our work orders in within 24hrs. However, the staff has changed since then & I'm not really sure what to make of the new management staff. They're not really friendly at all and they never seem to be on the same page. But they do get the work done, I suppose. However, I would recommend you have them make a copy of ALL of your checks when you do go in to pay for rent (just in case).

We also just had a baby in February, and none of our neighbors complained about him crying all night long (for the first week or so). We probably just have really good neighbors since we have similar schedules. We live in the middle floor & both our neighbors downstairs & upstairs can be pretty loud during the day since they have children (which is completely understandable), but we're all pretty quiet at night.

We never had a problem with parking since we have a covered parking spot. But I can definately see why there's alot of complaints about parking. We never had anyone park in our spot, but last week I saw the tow truck come by a couple of times so I would assume that this is a problem.

Although we don't care much for the staff here, we really love where we live. It's close to my work place & my husband's.
