The complex itself is fairly typical for one of it's size and price range. The grounds are kept clean and manicured and the facilities clean and well-maintained. I have never been witness to any drug-related activity or any other criminal doings and have experienced very little disruption from noise. As far as the complex itself is concerned, I would definately agree that the limited parking situation is the most problematic. You are pretty much forced into paying for either a carport or garage and parking for visitors is often impossible.

In regards to the onsite staff, particularly manager ---- --------, the managerial skills displayed are grossly inadequate. Not a modicum of professionalism or decorum are found when dealing with Ms. --------. Constant mistakes, repeated failure of timely notification to tenants, as well as various other ethical and professional misconducts are common-place and generally accompanied by a defensive and/or combative response from management. Ms. -------- does not appear to possess the emotional maturity needed to effectively manage her staff, let alone a complex of this size. The owner and tenants would be much better served with a new, more apt individual managing the property.
