Pros:Nice grounds, quite depending on neighbors and if your by the road or not. New! and not run down. Gym, tanning, pool, hot tub.
Cons:
The lodge is a lil expensive and im surprised how some of the people living here can afford it with the way they live. AKA some people are straight up ghetto! Ive, from my window, watched the cops break up a family issue and had to drag people out of there home only to come back the next night to help them move out because of fighting over things. The management is ok, depends on who is in the office at the time. Only 1 or 2 of the people know what there doing or arent talking to there friends that come in all the time. Then there is the fat red hair ----- who sits on her ass on the couch eating the cookies and watching tv. while her, what i think are her kids or grandkids, hog the computers and run around being obnoxious and annoying. And its funny cause she doesnt pay attention to anyone if they need help, probably cause she is day dreaming about the stack of cookies she has in her mouth! Not only this but once in a while some ass hole will break someones car window for the hell of it. Parking is insane, there are not nearly as many spots as appartments which is a huge problem considering they rent 3 bedroom which is almost a give away that the people renting are going to have 2 cars. Ive even had to deal with towing because i had to park in the shell gas station parking lot over night cause of the lack of free parking spaces. Not only this but people take the spots you pay for or just park on the street so you cant back out! The garages are built for motorcycles. The security gaurd is a rent-a-cop who parks his car in front of the office and does who knows what all day. One of the most annoying things is that there are two of federal ways biggest drug dealers living here and the office knows who they are, ive seen/heard them talking to the person about it. AND HAVE DONE NOTHING!!!!! I know this because both of the two have approached me multiple times and offered an assortment of drugs, mostly marijuana.
Overall: If some of the staff is changed, rent is 200 less, there is a mall sized parking lot built, renters become a little less "ghetto", security is doing its job a little better, and a BAD drug problem is taken care of, the lodge would be 5 stars. But its sad that i would have to say it's better then most appartments in federal way...

I disagree with that person! I have lived here long enough to know that it is a great place to live. The management is very efficient and friendly and are on top of it. The maintenance people are extremely helpful and have really been there in a difficult situation. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and worth the $$. Although they are more than most in FW they are worth it. If I was to find anything wrong with this complex it would be the parking and if you want a place to park late at night you're pretty much forced into getting a covered spot which are very compact. Overall this place is the best in all areas!
And in response to the person who wrote the comment- show me any complex or neighborhood that there is no domestic disputes because you won't find it in Federal Way. That might only be in Kansas, Dorothy!
