Moving out just a few months ago, I found this website as I searched for other apartments. This place was fine when I moved there 18 months earlier. But it quickly slid, and I am sure it still is, into ghetto. It was nice being on the property at first, but now with the economy having renters cut prices to get a buck and fill empty space, if you drive thru the lot you will see the homey's and the bro's sitting on the cars drinking cold ones, people walk around here with no shirts on, kids are everywhere roaming the parking lots, mailboxes broken into a few months ago, car breakins and thefts are reported by all the neigbors, apartments broken into. Drug deals taking place on the property. All of this could have been solved by a security guard at the front entrance as well as patrols. Doors slamming because of the spring controlled doors with inconsiderate neighbors. Trash on property not picked up. Stairs and stairwells filthy. Tenants placing clutter on their patios cheapening the property and decor. Sure the office folks and staff are friendly, especially the groundskeeper who drove around tending the dumpsters, sidewalks, etc., never had a problem with the office staff -- always nice, but it's obvious the downward spiral of the quality of the property has it heading straight to section 8 and I see a condo conversion in the future. Don't come here -- head to Issaquah where yes it does cost a little more, but you won't have to worry about the trash swept in off the street. See the crime reports for this property and other apartments here that you will never see posted or supplied by properties: http://www.cityoffederalway.com/Page.aspx'view=310

Oh, and good luck with finding a parking space

Hmmmmmm. "Homey's and "bro's"..Sounds like you are uncomfortable with ethnic diversity. I have been here a year and have noticed a change in the population but I don't see it as a negative. I also have not sees the problem with trash on the property or messy patio's...I complete agree with the doors slamming! IT'S RUDE AND ANNOYING...plus the parking spaces are horrible. I pay for a covered parking spot and my car has dings from the cars next to me. The parking here is HORRIBLE and the should do something about it. Re: Office staff! LOVE THEM! They continually try to help if I am running late! They have been nothing but superior in their willingness to understand. Lastly, overall this is a great place to live! I use to live at the "Reserve" and you could not pay me to move back there!
