I'm very suprised to see this community rated so high. I have to agree with the last review, that it must be the management pumping the place up. I lived there for almost 2 years. We moved in back in 2005 and it was totally horrific! The unit we were given was infested with cockroaches. I got maybe 3 boxes of my stuff in before I noticed it and ended up having to stop everything and put the boxes on the back porch and repack them in different boxs later on. When I told the office that I refused to move into that building at all, they told me I could not have any of my money back and I had no choice but to pay even more rent every month to be able to get into a unit that wasn't infested! I was so pissed.


Then we moved in a month later into a different building and had constant mold problems and noise issues with our neighbors which management chose to do nothing. When I was finally lucky enough to be able to move they totaly screwedd me on my deposit. They charged me $35 because there was 1 square of toilet paper in the toilet(no human waste) or anything just tissue I had wiped the seat of with cause the was a drop of water on it. I was so thrilled to get outta there. I would NEVER recommend this palce to ANYONE. Not even my worst enemy.
