DO NOT LIVE HERE, unless you love mold EVERYWHERE!

This apartment is horrible! It is old, dingy, noisy, freezing, with ancient appliances and has mold everywhere. We had our bikes stolen from our porch (they were chained). Several other people had bikes stolen as well and one guy had his car stolen. We had mold everywhere, I think the mold is in the wallboard and they just painted over it. The mold grows back no matter how often you clean or air it out. All the closets were filled with mold and it also covered our window sill and walls. We had sinus problems, headaches and dizziness while we lived there (it cleared up as soon as we moved out). It The carpet was FILTHY when we moved in, in addition, it was coming up in places and had various holes throughout. The washing machine is extremely small. The dryer is small as well it can hold half the amount of clothes as a normal dryer but requires an hour and half to two hours to dry each load. The walls were extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors as if they were in the same room as you. Also, there is a LOT of street and air noise. Trucks rumble by at all hours of the night, airplanes fly overhead all night as well. Also, people with really loud mufflers and loud stereos frequently drive by all night too. Parking is okay but you have to drive up what amounts to a rounded curb to get to it (not good for your shocks). Also, the water pressure changes all the time, you will turn on the shower or faucett and it will suddenly cut the flow in half. The outlets were really loose, our appliances would just fall out, we complained but it was to no avail. FILTHY, UNHEALTHY, UNSAFE, DINGY, COLD, UNINSULATED.
