Since living here, we have experienced mold, leaky toliets, a rotted deck, water damage, vandalized cars, refriderator doesn?t work, dish washer does not clean dishes and wheels fell off, fan on stove broke, plugs fall out of outlets, poor insulation, rot along the walls, closet doors fall of tracks, water leaks in through the window, and management was extremely slow. Managment did not fix the huge holes in our deck until about one year later. We have had many problems but the one thing that sticks out in our minds is the fact that when the water heater was leaking all over the place, management asked if it was an emergency. You would think that water everywhere would be an emergency. It seems like everything starts to break when you move out and maybe it is a coincidence, but not in this place. We didn?t say much about these items because management wouldn?t fix them anyway. We are so excited about getting out of this place. A trash can would be cleaner and would hold more heat. I definately would not recommend anyone to live here, especially families with children. Keep in mind that these are not the only problems that we have had.
