Panther Lake is a fairly good place to live, I have been here for over a year now and for the most part its been a good place to live. I have only heard of one or two minor issues with cars getting broken into but no more then any other place I have been. The apartments are kind of old but some of the owners have gone through and reconditioned the apartments with new windows, carpeting, appliances countertops, fixtures, faucets. Also a lot of the apartments have new water heaters...awesome, all the hot water you could want and no sharing with other apartments, I can run the washer machine, and the dish washer, flush toilets and take a shower and never notice a difference. As far as noise there isn't too much with the exception of the neighborhood kids (I live near the park where they tend to place the families with younger kids) wall seem a bit thin so you can hear you neighbor but its never been bad enough to complain.
