Once Tecton took over, this complex completely went downhill. The business manager, Lori, doesn't care at all about the residents and never follows up. I've complained about noisy neighbors and she says she'll come out and check on it or contact them and she never does. I've waited all day for her to show up to come out after she's said she would have never seen her. I've contacted Tecton directly and found that she's documented visits and contacts that she's never made. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors' conversations and music/TV. Insulation is non-existent and there are severe drafts through the windows and doors. My electricity bill is around $150 a month during the winter for one person living in a 2 bedroom unit. My car has been broken into six times since I've lived here. I've stuck it out for this long because the rent was good, but now it's been raised twice in the last year. Sure, the outside of the buildings have been painted, but there are NO amenities. The only good thing I can say is that the apartment has a good floorplan.
