The place is a DUMP!! Squeaky floors, thin walls!! Unhelpful, unfriendly management. Noise is a SERIOUS problem at this complex. We could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors did from walking around, singing in the shower, and even having sex!! The place is also mold infested, it should just be torn down and rebuilt! Multiple police cars in the complex at least once a month. Lots of stray dingy looking cats walking around. Old windows that let all the cold air in and you can hear everything from outside even when the windows are closed. What makes it bad is that some of the apartments here have been slightly remodeled with new windows and appliances. The building I lived in, 29, and the buildings around me did not seems to have these newer renovations!! Called to complain about noisy neighbors on numerous occasions and nothing was ever done about it! Do not be fooled by the cute layout of the town homes here, the place is a dump!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
