This is the worse apartment I ever lived in. Office management doesn't know how to do their jobs, maintance person drives around in the golf cart and does nothing, and security personal is never there when you need them. Little landscaping that they have but no one is keeping it up with it, you can find trash all over the property and none of the dog owners clean after their pets. Parking is even worse, you have one assigned spot but if you have 2 cars or even friends coming over there is no spots to park the car, even office management had problem with parking because we found their cars on our assigned spot once or twice before. Inside of the apartment everything is falling apart and appliances are not updated since 1980's. Washer and dryer are so small that we have to do 5 loads of laundry per day, dishwasher doesn't even wash dishes at all. In the bathroom there is always mold all over the walls and everytime something breaks we don't even call for maintance anymore because they always have problems fixing things. If you have nighbores that have kids its total nighmare because when they make one step in their apartment everything shakes downstairs and we can hear every little noise. And when neighbores take shower you think that someone is using your bathroom. In some spots it feels like the floor is going to break under your feet because all those boards are moving. Oh and its really drafty and because of that the energy bills are really high. In january during ice road someone hit the mail boxes which now they are laying down on landscaping and to this day they didn't fix them. Half of the people from apartment complex have to drive to post office just to pick up their mail.
