The staff at this complex is the worse I've ever seen!! They are rude and are always calling you, walking by your apartment, or leaving you notes about something. I lived here and was a single female at the time. They were constantly complaining to me about something (i.e. to much noise coming from my apartment, stuff on my deck, a vistors car was parked over night in the guest parking space....I thought that's why they call it a guest parking space!!!). The apartments are cheaply put together, and maintiance was useless!

The worst thing was when I finally did move out. I ended up leaving 2 months before my lease was up (yes, it was that bad). I had to pay an early lease termination fee. I paid it, and about 6 months later, I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency. I didn't owe any money to the complex, so I called the manager. She was as I expected....unhelpful. I never received an apology from the management staff for the mistake, and it took me about a month to get it straighten out!

The only good thing I can say about this complex is the space behind it, to walk your dogs. This complex is pretty quiet during the day, but in the evening there can be a lot of children out in the streets....and there seem to be cats everwhere!!! Living here was a great learning experience....it taught me excatly the kind of place I don't want to live in!!!
