Very noisy neighbors, really thin walls, I live in a townhouse, my neighbor to my right plays her music so loud my walls rattle, my other neighbor loves to slam his door all the time.

When I'm sitting in my bathroom or in the tub, I can hear the neighbor peeing and tearing off the toilet paper(that is how thin the walls are.) I can hear their conversations, snoring, EVERYTHING!

The van down the street right next to the office got spray painted with graphite all the way around it.

The dishwasher always backs up, the washing machine leaks, the refrigerator freezes everything even on the lowest setting. The style is from the 70's. Dark Dark cupboards and trim etc....The wood on the decks are half rotten so they bend really bad...making you feel very unsafe. Lots of spiders and bugs being right next to the woods. Tiny water heater, lucky to get a 5 min. shower before it turns cold.

And did I mention the roach I found in my kitchen on the day I moved in''' Ewwwww...I'm definately moving. Don't recommend the place.
