I lived in these apartments from March 01 to January 02 (broke my lease!!). They were ok at first, and they apparently were solidly built as my unit survived the Feb 01 earthquake without a scratch. However, the soundproofing is nonexistant and you have next to no privacy, especially if you live in the middle of the 4-plex townhomes. The staff is unprofessional, and you will get charged for everything. They have lax maintenance staff, and the groundskeeping leaves a lot to be desired (looks decent from the front, but watch out from the back). They pretend to be an "elite" complex with the finest neighbors, but in my experience it is just plain ghettofied. The manager is never on-site, and if you have noisy neighbors, you can forget about getting any satisfaction from the management. The townhomes are dark, depressing, cramped, and overpriced. Don't live here!!
