I have lived hear at Panther for over 3 years and two different apartment layouts. There are definitely better apartments out there - more modern and better landscaping, but Panther Ridge fit my temporary needs for low rent and living costs. The complex needs renovation with its dark wood and european style kitchens. But it is quiet place to live though there are a number of families here. And they are pet friendly. I would recommend that you take pictures of the place when you do a walk through because office staff has changed more than three times so far.
