This is an absolute slum. I had rats! Plus the complex is infested with drugs and criminals. The management seems not at all concerned about to whom they rent or whom may squat. There is continuous noise disturbance and junk cars parked in every visitor's spot. In addition, rent is discriminatory. You may be paying as much as $150 more in rent than your neighbor for an apartment that is identical. Rent is raised about 10% with each lease renewal and you get fewer and fewer benefits. The managers are both incompetant and arrogant, lying asses. Watch what you sign and expect to never see your deposit ever again--regardless of how well you leave the apartment after you move out. Don't move here unless you want your car burglarized and like rat ---- in your closets.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT SHENANIGANS - I might have known it. Now, after I move out because of the rats, gangs and shootings, they short me on the refund of my deposit by $250.00. So now I have to drag their butts into court. This Equity Property Management is a piece of work--crooked as the day is long. Whatever you do, do not rent an apartment in this place or you will deeply regret it.

There are no trees and wetlands in my closet and in my kitchen drawers, you moronic dingbat. That's where the rats were.
