I have been here for about 6 months and love it. It is extremely quiet and the office staff is great. I have been very impressed by the service and price. It is nice too, that they do not accept section 8 low income and have specific requirements to live here.

HAHAHA, what the hell do you expect?? Forgive us all for not preceeding each post with 'As far as CHEAP, LOW INCOME apartments go....' Maybe you wish the office staff would come over each night and wipe your ass or put your kids to bed too?

Cheap? Low income? None of that pertained to me. And if someone came to my door and wanted to "wipe my ass", they wouldn't even find the pieces of what remained of him in the morning. HIS ---- would be in the wind. All I ask from an apartment manager is truth, respect, and intelligence. Panther Ridge has none of the aformentioned. It's a ghetto dump. Good, dynamic people move away from there on a regular basis.

The office staff may be great to party with, but when it comes to organization or managing the property, they are not so great. I was told "Oh, I didn't realize you were really moving in on that date..." and "Oh, I did the paperwork wrong, so we didn't know the guys were moving out of the apartment you wanted so soon." The first year and a half I lived there, I was on a first name basis with the office staff. They got rid of all the good people and replaced them with kids who don't know what they are doing and just frustrated us all. It is a great place if you never have to deal with the office staff or anyone from the neighboring complexes. They even brought me an invoice for 1 cent. Twice.
