when me and my roommate first went to check the apartments out the sales men was very nice, sold the place to us, but the funny thing was we never saw our apartment till we signed the lease, we tried but they gave us the run around, stupid us. the sales lady told us one thing about the pet deposit then when it came to signing the lease it was completely different, we at this point were already screwed because i gave our current apartment 30 days notice, then they told us that they were going to paint the outside of the building we were living in and that was why there was paint chips on the deck, well we lived there for a year and they never painted, they just told us that they were waiting for good weather (back in march) summer came and went no paint. the water pressure sucked. the building we lived in had burnt down a year before we moved in so it was a new building but the walls were paper thin, i could hear my neighbor hacking a lugie every morning at around 7 am, or the their alarm going off at about 6:45 am. wouldn't you think a new building should have good insulation, nope this place is cheep. you would never want to go swimming in their pool because it was closed half the summer because the kids would pee and poop in it, their grounds keeper and/or fellow neighbors would never pick up after their dogs dirty buss. and there were quite a few drug dealers in the complex that the management even knew about but never did anything to prevent. if you had any valuebles in your car you absolutely had to bring in every night other wise the tweekers would rob you and i mean any value. and even though there is all this crap you have to put up with the rent is too much to ask, completely unreasonalbe, i would have rather lived in south park where i knew it was the ghetto and you know what you are getting into. save your money and stay away from this place. there are better places to live. trust me.

I also was told that my deck would be painted when the weather was nicer, and as soon as I turned in a service request about it, it was done 2 days later (sunny day). Granted, they said they would do it on their own, but once I requested it, it was done. Also, I am a 25 yr old girl who lives by myself, and I have always felt safe there (2nd floor apt of course). That's just my opinion...
