An Abysmal Stay in Federal Way

Watch out for lazy and inconsiderate landlords who only care about making money and not resolving lease disputes or problems in the complex. This complex is also plagued by mediocre living conditions. Parking is an absolute nightmare. I'd only suggest a temporary stay, if at all. Make any plans to leave well in advance.
A word of caution; know your tenants rights and know them well, because landlords won't help you whatsoever if problems arise.
