I lived in this complex almost 5 years and moved out because a dead body was found and my upstairs neighbors were involved in a stand off with the local police. We had to remain on the floor to avoid being shot. I was at the end of my lease and because I didn?t give them a written notice they still expected me to pay the full month?s rent. They should have paid me to stay. I can assure you that everything is true, you can check police records to verify that these events actually did occur. The police stand off occurred in building E and the dead body was found in the building adjacent to the office.Both events happened in 2001 and can be verified by local police.
