Prior to me having the neighbors I have now, I'd say it would be ok to rent here. but if you have noisy neighbors like I do, that have freakin' traffic all times of the night, don't move here. the noise level is ridiculous and if your neighbors play music you WILL hear it, whether you want to or not.

they have new management now, and some things have improved, however, they (management) needs to enforce their rules and let all tenants know that they need to keep their noise levels down, especially after 9 PM!
