WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS THAT ARE NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.WE LIVED THERE FOR A LITTLE OVER 2 YEARS AND WHEN WE MOVED IN WAS OK,UNTIL ABOUT A MONTH AFTER OUR APARTMENT GOT BROKEN INTO.THEY FIRED ALL THE OFFICE STAFF AND BROUGHT IN NEW MANAGEMENT.WAS OK FOR AWHILE,THEN IT JUST GOT WORST AGAIN.SEEMED LIKE AS SOON AS LOURDES BECAME MANAGER I LIVED IN TIAJUANA!!!!!!!! WE ALSO HAD NOISY NEIBHORS UPSTAIRS AND I WENT INTO THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN AND LOURDES DEFENDED THEM MAYBE BEACAUSE THEY WERE THE SAME NATIONALITY AS HER.THE DAY I MOVED OUT OF THAT DUMP WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! WOULD RATHER LIVE IN MY CAR, THEN LIVE THERE!!!!!DO NOT LIVE THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN LITTLE TIAJUANA!!!!!!!

I too live in the Parkway it was the worst night mire of my life. I lived their for 4 years. I was fortunate to have the best apartment in the complex. I keep it very clean. I paid my rent on time missed one payment after 4 years. When I left there I had surgery in Nov. Moved out in Dec. I started cleaning before I left. I even left the top of the stove up so they could seehow clean it was. The refrigator,cabinets bathroom all the things that mattered was very clean. Parkway charged me for painting my apartment. live their for 4 years alone. I didn't smoke or do any of the wild things that the people in parkway had their reputation for. When I left the parkway their my billed when to the credit bureau for 1000.00 worth of charges. My credit report is ruin and I now own a home and cannot pay the 1000.00 because of other responsiblities. I can't understand where The ParkWay has had 1000 of people gone through their that has left their apartment in such a mess that I would not let a Dog live their let alone a person. Charge good people that paid them on time every month with such a ridiculous bill!!!!!!!!!!
