I am a 23 year old male and this is my first apartment.
I didn't expect a royal palace, but at least something decent.. Let's start with the bad:
I didn't get to see my apartment before i signed my lease, which i was weary about, but signed anyway, once i did get to see my apartment i was like "Well, it's better then being homeless" The only big problem at the time was the carpet was ------ from the last tenants. (They cleaned it 3x and it still looked like ----) Not a big deal though, as i drink a lot and had planned on ------- up the carpet anyway.

About a month went by when ---- started to go wrong.. My girlfriend would come over daily and visit/cook/sex me up.. I got a notice on my door to vacate if i did not comply! I'm thinking "WTF! what have i done to get this crap on my door'" So i went to the office and the manager (the Mexican one) said my girlfriend has been living with me and if she was not put on the lease i would be kicked out.. i pretty much told her to go ---- herself (in a nice way) and the situation was ended at that.

The whole front of my oven came off.. yeah the whole ------- thing CAME OFF! during thanksgiving while i was cooking my turkey. My kitchen sink is like hanging off to the side and is barely usable, and my electricity in my living room does not even ------- work!! haha (it's not the breaker, it's old wiring) anyway i told the manager about it and she said she would put in a work order.. 3 weeks later the maintenance guys still have not showed up. I'm thinking about calling the tenants union and getting this whole place in trouble. I was wrong by the way, I'd rather be living at a state park then here.. --------! 0/10
